Products like this blender require excellent clarity and toughness. Kostrate has both of these and it's dishwasher safe.

All of our Data Sheets contain physical, mechanical, thermal and other properties.  They will provide you with current and up to date processing guidelines for each of our standard grades.  PSG also offers free technical support at the machine for those who lack experience in working with our material.

 

Standard Kostrate® Grades

5 Injection/IBM/ISBM molding grades

6 Extrusion/EBM molding grades

 

Essentially there are 1-3,000 grades of Kostrate Edge.

 

PSG has the ability to custom tailor a formulation that will meet your needs specifically.

 

Chemical Resistance Grades

There are 2 Chemical Resistant grades of Kostrate® Edge.  Depending on your application requirements when it comes to clarity and chemical resistance you may choose to go with one versus the other.

 

Edge 9 Copolymer-New Product Offer

Edge 9 was developed as a cost savings alternative to Kostrate® Edge when toughness is not your number one priority.  It is a very clear and rigid material that is still tougher than many of the other brittle clears.  Edge 9 will displace SAN, SMMA, GPPS and Acrylic while giving you better impact performance.
